De band bestaat uit een stelletje doorgewinterde muzikanten en heeft sinds 1996 5 volledige albums, 2 EP's en talloze singles en video clips uitgebracht.
Sinds de oprichting speelde BTL ettelijke concerten in België en buurlanden met o.a. Y&T - Uriah Heep - Pagan’s Mind - Sonata Arctica - Doro - Threshold - Dare - Graham Bonnet - Coldspell - De Kreuners - Guy Swinnen - Tom Dice….
Beyond The Labyrinth vertegenwoordigde in 2012 België op de Wereldfinale van The Global Battle Of The Bands in de Scala in Londen, in het goede gezelschap van o.a. Lost Society (FI) en The Vintage Caravan (IS).

En 2012, après avoir gagné la présélection belge, Beyond The Labyrinth se voyait sur la scène du Scala à Londres pour la finale mondiale du “Global Battle Of The Bands” en tant que représentants de la Belgique, en bonne compagnie d’entre autres Lost Society (FI) et The Vintage Caravan (IS)
